EPO and CUCC-CUTIS to showcase Ukrainian hi-tech at Ukraine House Toronto

Ukraine is on the global radar as one of the world’s innovation leaders. The Export Promotion Office of Ukraine with the support of the CUTIS project and the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (CUCC) are going to introduce Innovation Corner showcasing Ukrainian innovations and technological progress at Ukraine House Toronto in July 3-4th.

Ukrainian technologies serve peoples needs, save natural resources, and enhance global prosperity. Today Ukrainian hi-tech is absolutely essential, it turned the world upside down in the past, so the Innovation Corner will provide the unique opportunity to see the future in the nearest days.

Seven Ukrainian ICT and hi-tech companies will bring their new products and services to Toronto to present innovations to the guests of Ukraine House Toronto:

Also, on July 3rd Ukrainian companies will have the presentation session to Canadian businesses to set connections with potential partners and buyers. An agenda with short companies’ descriptions are available via the link.

The Canada-Ukraine Trade and Investment Support (CUTIS) project is a 5-year (2016-2021) Canadian development assistance initiative designed to lower poverty in Ukraine through increasing exports from Ukraine to Canada and investment from Canada to Ukraine. The project funded by the Canadian Government through the Global affairs Canada and implemented by the Conference Board of Canada in partnership with the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce.

The CUTIS project implements U CAN EXPORT Support Program in five priority sectors: clothing, footwear, furniture, confectionery, and IT services.

7 Ukrainian confectionery producers join the largest Canadian food show – SIAL

On May 2-4 Montreal will host SIAL Canada International Food Show. North America’s largest food innovation trade show presents a wide variety of products from all around the globe. Among 1,000 exhibitors from 50 different countries, there would be 7 Ukrainian confectionery producers united under CUCC-CUTIS initiative Made In Ukraine.

Our group will be comfortably located in SIAL Canada’s International Section at Booth # 2441 showcasing seven chocolate and confectionery producers:

CUFTA Launch Reception with Minister of International Trade of Canada

On August 8, 2017 in Toronto, celebrating the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA) entry into force on August 1, 2017, the Minister of International Trade, the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne and Ambassador Andriy Shevchenko delivered inspiring remarks about bilateral trade and investment opportunities for Canada and Ukraine.

The event was organized by the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and Canada-Ukraine Trade and Investment Support project.
